Island Bamboo Pakka Board

Ultra-smooth, hard bamboo surface rinses clear of residue and odors.  Two sizes — the larger is big enough to accommodate a chicken.  Rouded edges, and a gravy groove on one side.

• Center is made from fast-growing Moso bamboo, prized for its sustainability, versatility and natural anti-microbial characteristics. 
• Edges are white birch, stained in food-safe rainbow colors. 
• With a hardness 16 times greater than oak or maple, bamboo is great for cutting, chopping, dicing and mincing — all while keeping premium chef’s knives sharp.
